Claire specialises in Lived-in Blondes, Brondes, and creamy Bright Blondes, and is highly regarded for her Precision Cutting—crafting each style to suit her client’s individual personality and lifestyle. Outside the salon, Claire enjoys soaking up the natural beauty of the Sunshine Coast with her family.

Emily is our Salon Coordinator and customer care expert, bringing over 10 years of experience in the hair and beauty industry to her role. With a sharp eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills, she ensures the salon runs seamlessly while creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Emily is dedicated to delivering a truly beautiful client experience—from your first phone call to the moment you leave feeling pampered and relaxed. Her friendly nature, professionalism, and can-do attitude make her an invaluable part of our team.

Outside of the salon, Emily loves spending time with her husband Jack, their two dogs Cleo and Banks, heading to the beach, catching up with family and friends, and fitting in a good gym session on the weekend.

Micah is our friendly and efficient Assistant Salon Coordinator, playing a key role in supporting our team and clients during our evening sessions. Always approachable and attentive, Micah ensures everything behind the scenes runs smoothly—whether that’s offering a refreshing drink, helping with bookings, or simply making guests feel welcome.

Having recently returned from a year in Italy, Micah brings a touch of European charm to the salon—and if you’re up for a little Italian conversation, he’s more than happy to oblige!

Amelia is the friendly, organised force behind the seamless experience our brides enjoy at Evalyn Parsons. As our Bridal Coordinator and Client Liaison, she manages everything from responding to bride enquiries and scheduling hair trials to ensuring every wedding day runs smoothly. She’s also a key support for our salon team, often the warm voice you’ll hear when calling to make an appointment.

With a natural talent for organisation and a genuine love for helping others, Amelia keeps everything running behind the scenes so our clients feel supported and cared for from the very first interaction.

Outside of work, Amelia loves exploring the Sunshine Coast with her young family, making the most of everything this beautiful region has to offer.

Em

After eighteen months exhilarating months exploring the world, Em has finally returned to her happy place; the Sunshine Coast! 

Coming back also means rejoining the wonderful team at Evalyn Parsons. Her love for organisation and keeping things running smoothly makes her a natural fit as Evalyn's Executive Assistant & Business Administrator. She thrives on helping to ensure everything stays on track for a successful and productive work environment. 

But when it's time to unwind, you'll find her embracing Caloundra's active lifestyle, enjoying kitesurfing, hitting the trails for a walk or run, or simply catching up with loved ones.

Marlena

Marlena brings over 25 years of experience in the hair and beauty industry to her role as Master Stylist and in-house Makeup Artist at Evalyn Parsons. Passionate about enhancing natural beauty, Marlena specialises in creating personalised looks that reflect each client’s individual style—whether it’s a radiant blonde, a rich warm brunette, or flawless event-ready makeup.

Her experience spans both salon and screen, having worked extensively with Channel 7 and Channel 10 on professional hair and makeup for on-set productions. Known for her warm approach and creative eye, Marlena transforms every appointment into a polished, confidence-boosting experience.

Ally

After two inspiring years living and styling hair in Italy, Ally has returned to Australia and we’re thrilled to welcome her to the Evalyn Parsons team. With 9 years of hairdressing experience, Ally has a true passion for creating beautifully detailed, personalised looks that bring out the best in every client.

She specialises in blondes, intricate foiling, precision bobs, and extensions, pouring her heart into every appointment. Her goal is simple but powerful: to have her clients leave the chair feeling confident, radiant, and ready to take on the world.

Now back on the Sunshine Coast, Ally is excited to reconnect with the local lifestyle and explore all that the coast has to offer.

Suzanne

Suzanne has been a valued member of the Evalyn Parsons team for over a decade, and her warm, friendly nature continues to be cherished by our clients and team alike.  Suzanne has truly mastered the art of creating beautiful colours and effortlessly stylish cuts, always tailoring her work to suit each individual.

Her calm presence, experience, and dedication make her an integral part of the team.

Outside the salon, Suzanne enjoys spending quality time with her family, staying active, and catching up with friends.

Tori

Tori has been a valued member of the Evalyn Parsons team for several years, during which time she has honed her expertise across all aspects of colouring and cutting. She is also our in-house Yuko Hair Straightening expert, known for delivering smooth, sleek results with precision and care.

Tori’s passion for creating beautiful hair is matched by the genuine care she shows each of her clients—ensuring every visit is a positive, personalised experience.

When she's not in the salon, Tori loves spending time with her family and boyfriend, exploring the outdoors, camping, and planning her next travel adventure.

Sami

Sami is a passionate colour specialist dedicated to creating stunning lived-in blondes, rich brunettes, and vibrant colours. Her expertise extends to hair extensions, specialising in weft and tape methods for added volume and length. When Sami is not in the salon, you might find her assisting our talented wedding hair stylists, helping to create unforgettable bridal looks.

Sami was born and raised on the Sunshine Coast and couldn't imagine herself living anywhere else. 

On her days off from the salon you will find her relaxing at the beach or taking a dance class. 

Stephanie

Stephanie joined the Evalyn Parsons team after relocating from the UK to the stunning Sunshine Coast just over a year ago, bringing with her a fresh perspective and a deep passion for hairdressing. She has a particular love for creating beautiful blondes and lived-in balayage, and is a passionate Showpony Hair Extensionist specialising in Tape.

With a warm and approachable nature, Stephanie is dedicated to making each client feel confident, cared for, and completely at ease in her chair.

When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find Stephanie soaking up the best of coastal life, spending quality time with her family and exploring all the natural beauty the Sunshine Coast has to offer.

Anae

Anae is our vivacious and talented third-year Emerging Stylist, bringing an infectious energy and deep passion for hair to the Evalyn Parsons team. With a natural flair and growing expertise, she is already turning heads with her precise foiling work, beautiful cuts, and polished blow-dries. Her attention to detail and commitment to learning make her one to watch as she continues to develop her craft.

But Anae’s talents don’t stop at styling—she’s also our go-to for the ultimate moment of relaxation. Her luxurious hair treatments and soothing head massages at the basin are nothing short of heavenly, offering clients a truly pampering experience.

Outside of the salon, Anae loves expressing her creativity through singing, staying active, and getting lost in a good book. Her warm personality and genuine love for what she does make every appointment with her a feel-good experience.

Olivia

Olivia's passion is creating creamy blondes and her washing & massage skills at the basin are second to none!

You'll find Olivia applying her knowledge throughout the salon; around the colour table, at the basins, making a great cuppa or blowdrying your gorgeous new 'do'.

When away from work you'll find Olivia relaxing in the gym or out having fun with friends & family.
