We use the Wella Professionals range of colours.  Each colour service we provide to you is dedicated to the craft of exquisite, personalised colour. Customised looks as unique as you, using the most superior products to achieve the result you want.

Our prices vary for each stylist level; Director, Master Stylist, Senior Stylist and Emerging Stylist.  You can check out our latest price list > HERE.

While this is uncommon, we do understand that sometimes the end result or experience isn't what you envisioned. The Evalyn Parsons team takes extra care to ensure that you have a fantastic hair experience both with your style and in the salon. Your stylist will take time to consult with you before any service to understand your requirements and will do what she can to meet your expectations.

If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your experience please contact the salon within 7 days to discuss your concerns. If suitable, a revisit of your colour or style may be offered to you as per the salon managers discretion.  Beyond 7 days, you will be required to make a rebooking and be subject to agreed costs for any further colouring or cutting that is desired.

No refunds will be given for colour or styling services. Products may be exchanged if unopened and in original packaging.

We like to see all of our clients leave with a gorgeous result.  The only way to achieve this is with a complete service, which includes a blowdry.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you have confirmed your appointment and cancel within the final 24 hours of your booking then you will be charged 50% of your booking. If you cancel on the day of your appointment or are a ‘no-show’ then the minimum fee of your booking will be charged.

We have a team of 11 stylists in the salon, as well as our Salon Manager, Sarah H,  2 office administration staff and Evalyn herself as Director.

We have a large colour table which is perfect for relaxing with your favourite magazine and a coffee or a glass of wine, working on your laptop or device utilising our high speed wi-fi or meeting new friends.

We offer Olaplex, Oribe Luxury Treatments and R+Co Concentrate Treaments.
