There is more noise than ever in the wedding industry. And while I love the energy, I see so many
business owners struggling to grow, find clients, and still have time for their family and the things
they love — without burning out. I want to help my industry keep showing up with passion and
heart, while still having space for life.

I’ve spent 22 years deep in the wedding industry — through the highs, the burnout, the pressure,
and the joy. I have a heart not only for brides and their wedding day, but for the wedding
professionals behind the scenes trying to build a business they still love. My mission is to help
wedding businesses thrive — not phase out of the industry, but fall back in love with it.
How It Works
Elite runs as weekly live Zoom coaching sessions supported by a private community. If you show
up, do the work, and come hungry for growth, things will change — I can guarantee that.

Over the years I’ve paid for lots of coaching or courses/education and the one thing that’s made the difference
has been ongoing coaching weekly.

And in a lot of ways well I love the energy and the noise.
What I’ve realised is that inside of that their Wedding business is doing it tough trying to grow or find a way find a customer and still find time to spend with their family and love and enjoy what they do without burning out.
And what I really want to do is help my industry to keep enjoying what they do to keep showing up with passion and heart. I still have time for their family and things they love.
Over the years, I’ve learnt so much through my own trial and error as well as training I’ve been given.
And I want to help other businesses by sharing what I’ve learned.
